Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of the Service and Right of Withdrawal Exemption

The vehicle radio/stereo code retrieval service provided by TeypKoduBul.com is an intangible digital content service produced instantly in an electronic environment, with no physical delivery.

Pursuant to Article 15/1-ğ of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (as well as consumer protection regulations regarding digital content); "Contracts concerning services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are exempt from the legal right of withdrawal.

Accordingly, once the user authorizes payment via Google or Apple and successfully receives the code, the service is deemed to have been fully performed and the discretionary right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

2. Circumstances Where Refunds and Remedies Are Accepted

In accordance with customer satisfaction and consumer rights, a full refund or remedy is provided under the following circumstances:

Technical System Error: In the event that payment has been collected via Google or Apple, but due to a technical failure in our system the radio code cannot be generated on screen or delivered to the user,
Duplicate (Double) Charge: In the event of a duplicate payment caused by a system error for the same transaction or query, the duplicate amount collected,
Code Mismatch Verification: In the event that the entered serial number is visually verified to match the original unit label exactly, the radio is confirmed to be the original factory unit, and it is technically verified that the provided code does not work.

3. Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Accepted

Incorrect Serial Number Entered by the User: If the user enters the serial number on the radio into the system incompletely, incorrectly, or belonging to a different unit, any resulting discrepancy or incompatibility is the sole responsibility of the user.
Hardware Tampering / Modification of the Device: If the radio's EPROM, EEPROM, or motherboard firmware has previously been altered, unlocked, or modified by third parties, our platform cannot be held liable for the failure of the original factory code to operate.
Discretionary Refund Requests Following Successful Delivery of the Service.

4. Refund Application Process and Contact

In order for your refund or technical review requests to be evaluated, the following information and documents must be submitted completely via email to teypkodubul@gmail.com or teypkodutr@gmail.com:

Order Number: Your transaction/order number provided by Google or Apple (and your order receipt, if available),
Screen Photo: A clear photo taken while the radio screen is turned on,
Label Photo: A clear photo of the original serial number label on the radio casing,
Video Recording: A brief video showing you entering the radio code received from the application into the unit,
Contact Information: Your WhatsApp phone number so that we can reach you promptly.

Your applications will be evaluated within 3 (three) business days at the latest, written feedback will be provided, and refund procedures will be initiated immediately for justified claims.
